Delete your VeraClean account

You can permanently delete your VeraClean account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how.

Delete from within the app (recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the VeraClean app:

  1. Open the VeraClean app and sign in to your Pro account.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Account.
  4. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and all synced business data will be removed from our servers.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app — for example, if you've uninstalled it or lost access to your device — you can request account deletion by email:

Subject: VeraClean account deletion request

Send the request from the email address associated with your VeraClean account so we can verify your identity. We will process verified requests within 30 days and reply to confirm when deletion is complete.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the following from our servers:

What is retained

We may retain a small amount of information where we are legally required to do so — for example, financial transaction records required by Canadian tax law. Any retained records are kept only for the period required by law and are not used for any other purpose.

Free-tier users

If you have only ever used the free tier of VeraClean, your business data is stored only on your device and was never transmitted to our servers. To delete that data, simply uninstall the VeraClean app from your device. There is no server-side account to delete.
